Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of the ShynOk mobile application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Individual Entrepreneur Kharkov Tymur Yuriyovych (EDRPOU/IPN: 3219401496).
1. General provisions
By registering on the Service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
ShynOk provides a subscription to seasonal tire service in Ternopil, which (depending on the plan) includes:
- Seasonal tire change (summer / winter).
- Wheel balancing.
- Multiple vehicles covered under a single account.
- SOS roadside assistance for emergencies.
- Priority service.
3. Subscription and payment
- The subscription is billed monthly through WayForPay on the day you activated the plan.
- All prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include all mandatory taxes.
- Plan changes take effect from the next billing period.
- Cancellation is available inside the app at any moment. Service access is preserved until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds for unused periods are issued only when required by Ukrainian law.
4. User obligations
- Provide truthful information about yourself and your vehicle.
- Arrive for scheduled visits on time, or cancel at least one hour in advance.
- Do not share your account with third parties.
- Follow the rules of conduct at the tire service station.
5. Limitation of liability
ShynOk provides the Service "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by:
- Defects in tires or rims supplied by the user.
- Temporary unavailability of the Service due to maintenance.
- Actions of third parties (payment systems, telecom carriers).
Damage caused by station staff during service is handled in accordance with Ukrainian law.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the ShynOk app, logos, design, and content belong to Individual Entrepreneur Kharkov Tymur Yuriyovych. Copying, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.
7. Termination of access
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service in cases of Terms violation, fraud, or abuse. The user can delete their account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
8. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or push. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if unresolved, in court at the place of registration of the Service Provider.
